Welcome to Dr. Maryam Guiahi's practice, where compassionate, evidence-based reproductive care is her priority. She is one of the only double-board certified ob-gyns in the Central Coast of California who specializes in Complex Family Planning, making her an expert in family planning services and reproductive care. She has vast clinical experience with contraception, sterilization, miscarriage management, and supporting patients faced with abnormal and unintended pregnancies. Dr. Guiahi is also an experienced provider of the provision of hormones for the management of perimenopausal and menopausal needs. With a background that spans academic, public health, and community settings, she brings a wealth of diverse experiences and is excited to support women needing reproductive care at all stages of their life on the Central Coast.
